Clothing and shoes can be exchanged or returned for store credit if sent back by mail or brought back in store within 10 days of receiving. Accessories are final sale. Dicounted items of 20% or more are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for store credit.
All returns must be unworn with original tags attached and/or in original packaging with receipt in order to exchange or receive store credit.
All exchanges and returns for store credit can be sent to the following address: Monkee's of Draper - 807 Pioneer Rd, Unit 102, Draper, UT 84020
All website returns/exchanges will be issued as a store credit that can be used in store or online at the Monkee's of Draper location. Please note, all Monkee's are individually owned and operated and all exchanges or returns must be done at the Monkee's of Draper location.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the 'My Account' menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
SHIPPING & IN STORE PICKUP
All domestic Monkee's of Draper packages are shipped via UPS with USPS shipping at a flat rate of $10. We are not offering international shipping at this time. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed.
In store pickup is available at checkout and orders can be picked up at the store address.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
